1. Information we collect

Groware collects information necessary to provide the analytics service. This includes event data sent by your script (tracker.js), payment data synced via gateway integrations, and your account information (name, email, organization).

Event data is processed anonymously by default. We recommend using the hashAnonymous() function to anonymize customer identifiers before sending them to Groware.

2. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to:

• ·Provide the contracted dashboards and analyses
• ·Process and display revenue, funnel and channel metrics
• ·Generate AI analyses based on your organization's context
• ·Send notifications about configured alerts and reports
• ·Improve the quality and reliability of the service

3. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with service providers essential to platform operation, such as cloud infrastructure providers, always subject to confidentiality agreements.

4. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your data. Access to API keys and integrations is done with the minimum necessary permissions (read-only for Stripe). We recommend keeping your API keys secure and not sharing them publicly.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. Upon requesting account closure, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where there is a legal obligation to retain it.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• ·Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
